Private Group is perfect for siblings or teammates looking for personalized small group training. Contact us to inquire about scheduling for Small Group training.

FAQs

  • How many players per session?

    Small Group has a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 4 players. This ensures that each individual will get the attention they deserve.

  • How do I sign up?

    You can sign up over the phone, over text, or by simply DM'ing us on Instagram! 

  • What if I pre-pay and then I can't make it, will I get my money back?

    If you pre pay and can not make it to a session, please notify at least 24 hours in advance to re schedule your session. Same day cancellations or no call/no shows, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

  • Where do the trainings take place?

    Currently, our trainings take place at the Sweatbox located on Decatur and 215S. We have goals of opening up our own facility in the near future!
